Kambal Gallery in cooperation with PMQ Management Company Limited cordially invites you to attend the Opening Night of “COLLABORATION & INSPIRATION.” Opening Night will be on Saturday, 04 November from 6:30pm-8:30pm. The venue of the exhibit is in PMQ, Room S211, #35 Aberdeen Street, Central Hong Kong. The exhibit is open from 04 November up to 27 November 2023.
Featured artists are Cezar Arro (Philippines), Salvador Ching (Philippines), Kos Cos (Sri Lanka), Irene Haagen (Philippines), Francesco Lietti (Italy), Anafe Nemenzo (Philippines),
Eunhe Park (South Korea), Jiman Park (South Korea),
Raeche (Philippines), and Justine Velasquez (Philippines)
This collaboration exhibition, which is between several Filipino artists, Hong Kong-based foreign artists, and other Asian artists focuses on what drives the inspiration for them to create their own art. These creative and like-minded artists intend to showcase their works as a reflection of their everyday life whilst showcasing their distinct style. In their works, there are constant, conscious and deliberate explorations and pursuit of expressions in a wide array of different media from sculptures, paintings to limited-edition prints.
We are featuring emerging and mid-career artists, who are either working part-time and full-time in various related creative processes like advertising, art, and design.
PMQ, which is the venue of the exhibition is the historic site of the old Hollywood Road Police Married Quarters. Today, it is now a mixed-use arts & design venue. A creative hub filled with design studios and workshops, showcasing a wide variety of products and shops. There are plenty of opportunities to pick up unique gifts for friends and family. And what a better way to tap into the minds of Hong Kong locals than to explore the local art & design community!
